How is my package shipped?
We ship through UPS. We must have a valid address in order
to make delivery. Perishable items are not forwarded and are NOT returned to us.
We can NOT ship to Post Office Box addresses. If you (or your recipient) are not
at home at the time of delivery, your package will be left at the door.
When will my order be shipped?
Processing you order usually takes 1-2 days. Total time from ordering to shipping may be 2-6 days and
ordering to delivery is approximately 5-12 days depending on final delivery zone.
Please know that each citrus variety has a specific season or availability which is noted on the item page.
Please keep in mind, that in most cases when you place your order, the fruit for your order
is still hanging on the tree awaiting harvest. This ensures that you
receive only the freshest fruit from our trees to your table.
How long will delivery take?
Generally, delivery time is 3-7 days once your package is in the carrier’s hands.
We are unable to guarantee time or day of delivery, as this is
all subject to the carrier. Most carriers will deliver packages anytime between
8am – 8pm. Hollieanna Groves is not responsible for delays in transit caused
by weather, strikes, natural disasters, local carrier mis-scans or
inaccurate/incomplete shipping information. We do NOT require a signature
for the release of any shipment.
How much are the shipping and handling charges?
Each gift will incur a $14.99 shipping and handling charge. Please note,
Fruit Clubs incur shipping each month of delivery. Shipping charges will be
added per package prior to check out.
Can I ship to Canada and what is the shipping charge?
Canada is an additional $21.00 ($35.99) per package. We ship to Quebec, Ontario,
Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland.
We ship "citrus only" gifts and can not include non citrus items
Shipping to Texas, Arizona, California and Louisiana -
Texas, Arizona, California and Louisiana all grow citrus. When shipping to these states,
packages must first clear Florida Agricultural Inspection and then
Agricultural Inspection in their respective delivery state prior to delivery by the carrier.
This process typically adds 1-3 days to delivery estimates.
Inspections must be scheduled in advance, therefore, we only ship to
Texas, Arizona, California and Louisiana on select days during the season.
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii -
We do NOT ship to Alaska. We do NOT ship to Hawaii.

How to care for your delicious Florida Citrus
Citrus does not continue to ripen once harvested from the tree.
Unpack your box or basket at once, wipe away any excess moisture,
and store in a cool dry place. The refrigerator is the best place
and will help your citrus maintain its flavor and quality.
Do NOT store in a plastic bag and do NOT leave in the box.
The skin or peel may discolor over time, but this is only superficial.
Blemishes on the peel do not affect the flavor of the fruit inside.
Fruit may have a greenish tinge but is fully ripe when picked.

Hollieanna Groves makes every effort to ensure that when delivery is made, you or
your recipient will receive fresh, delicious, citrus. While there are many things that
we do to mitigate the risk of shipping a fresh, perishable product across the country,
there are unfortunately some things outside of our control. If you or your recipient is
unhappy with the quality of our product, please notify us at once (within 3 days of
delivery) and we will make every effort to make the situation right. Because we sell
fresh food products, we cannot accept returns.
